    The son of Vitus "William" and Elizabeth (Kavulic) Galinovsky.  Born 18 Feb 1922 in Crucible, Greene County Pennsylvania; and died 3 Mar 1986 in the Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Liberty County Georgia.  Stanley is buried in the Hinesville Cemetery, Hinesville, Liberty County Georgia.  He married Erlinda B Vanthraco 1 Dec 1953 in Richmond Virginia.

    Stanley served in World War II with the U.S. Army, Company "C", 66th Armored Infantry Battaliion 12th Armored Division.  Stanley made a career of the Army, his military occupation was that of  an engineer.  He settled in Stillmore, Liberty County Georgia upon his retirement from the Army with his wife.  Stanley's name has been added to the National World War II Memorial's Registry of Remembrances in Washington DC.  His name alos appears on the Crucible World War II Memorial which was dedicated November 2003.

  The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Vanthraco.  Born 24 Mar 1920 in Manila, Philippines; and died 12 Jul 1972 in the Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Liberty County Georgia.  Erlinda is buried in the Hinesville Cemetery, Hinesville, Liberty County Georgia.
 
    On 5 Aug 1957 Erlinda became a naturalized citizen of the United States.  She was a housewife and was also employed as civil service employee.  At the time of her death, she was a member of Our Lady of the Woods Catholic Chapel at Fort Stewart.
