Son of Michael and Barbara (Lebak) Chelena.
Born 9 Nov 1910 in Yukon, Westmoreland County Pennsylvania; and died 22 Sep 1981 while at home in Bradenton, Mantee County
Flordia. He married Mary B Brenzovich in November 1939 in Brownsville Pennsylvanin and they had one child. Michael is buired in the St Nicholas Greek Catholic
Church Cemetery, Brownsville, Fayette County Pennsylvania.
Michael was employed as a mine foremen for a coal
mine owned by Republic Steel in Fredericktown, Washington County Pennsylvania. Michael was a member of the Holy Name
Society and Knights of Columbus of St Nicholas in Brownsville. He was a member of St Theresa's Byzantine Catholic Chuch
in Bradenton. Before moving to Brandenton, Michael and May lived in Euclid Ohio and Montclair New Jersey. They
moved to Flordia in January 1981.
