Son of Stefan & Helena (Pigan) Branzovich. Born 30 Jun 1911 in Greensburg, Westmoreland
County Pennsylvania; and died 26 Dec 1984 in Farrell, Mercer County Pennsylvania. He married Rose Mary Gladish 13 Jul 1934 and they had four children. John is buired in St John's Orthodox Cemetery & Chapel, Sharon,
Mercer County Pennsylvania.
John retired in 1971 from the Sharon Steel Corporation, where
he worked as a bundler in the pickle shop. A bundler was responsible for getting coils of steel ready for shipment as
they came off the pickle line (tanks in which the coils of steel were cleaned). Coils of steel were uncoiled at one
end, run throught the tanks and recoiled at the other end. Then they were temporially secured and taken to
the bundler. John was a member of St John's Orthodox Greek Catholic Church in Sharon Pennsylvania, and served on the
church bingo committee. He was a member the United Steelworkers Local 1197. John was also an avid gardner.
