Son of Georgij and Anastasia (Kochmarj) Brenzovics.  Born between 1874 and 1875 in or near the village of Vyska [R]/Viharo [H], Uzh [R]/Ung [H] County, Subcarpathian Rus', Austria-Hungary (present day Ukraine); and died unknown.  Mihajlo was married, wife's name unknown and they had six known children.  Little is known of Mihajlo at this time. However, I was able to obtaine a copy of a ship's index with the name Mihaly Brenscovics on it.  I believe that Mihajlo and Mihaly are probably the same person. The following is a transcription of the index document.

Mihaly Brencsovics arriving in New York on 3 Jun 1902 aborad the ship SS Moltke.  Mihajlo was 28 years of age in 1902, thus putting his birth year around 1874.  He listed his residence as the village of Ticha, correct spelling Tichij [R]/Tiha [H], which is located in the northern part of Uzh [R]/Ung [H] County, Austria-Hungary.  He listed his race as Ruthenian, and nationality Hungarian.  He was a farmer, was married and could read and write.  He had $10.00 in his pocket and he paid his own passage.  His destination was to vist his brother-in-law in New York, which implies that there may have been a daughter born to Georgij and Anastasia Brenzovics.

On a trip to the Ukraine in July 2003, I had the opportunity to met three of Mihajlo's descendants ( Fedor, Ivan & Andrij) from the village of Vyska.  The following is a list of his descendants.
