Prior
to Ann's retirement she was employeed in the nursing field, during which time she received a U.S. patent.
She enjoyed still-life painting and did volunteer work with the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony. Funeral service was held
at the St Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Herminie, Westmoreland County Pennsylvania.
As a side note, Ann's father was employed as a coal
miner at the Forbes Road Mine, Westmoreland County Pennsylvania circa 1916. Forbes Road is the same place where
Stefan "Stephen" Branzovich was living in 1907 when his brother Alex Brenzovich came to the United States.
