The second oldest record containing a variation
of the Brenzovich surname was found in a book tiltled
"KEMPLELEN BELA MAGYAR NEMES CSALADOK II", translation from Hungarian "HUNGARIAN NOBLE FAMILIES II." It
conatained the following named individuals as proving their nobility for the 1754-1755 census for Ung County, Kingdom of Hungary;
András, Nikodém, Ferencz, Gergelz, Matzás, Simon, Gábor, István and János Brenzovics. The relationship between these
individuals is assumed to be brothers until proiven otherwise. With the except of János who is the son of
István. This book was found in the National Library of Hungary in Budapest, while I was on a research trip to my grand-father's
homeland in July 2001. The following is a transcription of in Hungarian and English. Also depicted is
a thumbnail of the page.
