Was
granted the status of nobility in 1724 for his services as Vitebsk's "cheshnik". Cheshnik referes to a cellarer,
who is a person responsible for maintaining provisions of food and drink. The untiltled nobility was granted by the
Polish King August II, The Strong who reigned as king of the Polish-Lithuanin Commonwealth from 1697-1706 and then again
from 1709-1733.
Pavel established an estate which he named "Vushchinichi"
near the the city of Vitebsk and had ten household peasants working for him. At the time of his death in 1738, the estate
was bequeath to his only known son Stepan.
The folloiwng image is a portion of a document that has
a signature date of 1 Aug 1879 by the provincial marshal of the nobility, and has a stamp and signature date of 1 May 1896
by the Mogilev District Court. Its purpose was to prove the nobility status of Pavel Galinovsky. The document written
in 19th centry Russian documents the facts pertaining to Pavel and his nobility, his estate, and defines the lineage of Pavel.
